Modern Kitchen Interior Visualization

Concept / Idea

This project was designed to visualize a bright, elegant, and highly functional kitchen interior, focusing on harmony between natural materials and modern minimalism.

The design centers around a kitchen island with warm wooden detailing, contrasted by smooth marble surfaces that flow seamlessly across the countertops and backsplash.

The goal was to achieve photorealistic visual quality while maintaining a sense of balance and refined simplicity.

Objectives

• Create a modern kitchen visualization that combines practicality with aesthetic warmth.
• Use wood and marble materials to define texture contrast and natural depth.
• Integrate soft indirect lighting to enhance surface highlights and overall ambience.
• Achieve photo-realistic renders that capture material realism, reflections, and natural daylight.
• Present a clean, inviting kitchen atmosphere ideal for both residential and design publication purposes.

Process

The project was fully modeled in 3ds Max and rendered with V-Ray, using high-fidelity textures and realistic lighting calibration.

The workflow prioritized composition, reflections, and material interaction under natural daylight conditions.

Design development stages included:

• Modeling a functional kitchen layout with central island design and open shelving system.
• Combining wood veneer cabinetry with polished marble for seamless material transitions.
• Adjusting lighting scenarios — from morning daylight to soft evening tone — to ensure realism in all perspectives.
• Post-production in Adobe Photoshop, fine-tuning color balance, exposure, and contrast for photographic accuracy.
